We are excited to hear from you. We are a very small company and we answer all of our own emails and phone calls in between clients, training and traveling, so please be patient and if you do not get a reply back within 48 hrs please try again. Emails and phone calls will be returned Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Our preferred and easiest method for communication is email. Lessons take place in and around your home unless specified by you or your trainer. To reserve your spot you will fill out a few forms and we will ask for a credit card. You are welcome to pay cash at a lesson in lieu of credit card payment but please alert us ahead of time.
